Ever since I was a teenager, I've been obsessed with going to concerts. The spectacle of an artists' live performance, the chaos of navigating within a crowd to find the perfect spot and the out of body experience of hearing your favorite song live for the first time are among the many things that absolutely fascinated me. My love of music led me to work at large companies like Warner Music Group and SiriusXM. In the summer of 2018, I was lucky enough to get a press pass for Vans Warped Tour and completely fell in love with concert photography. The rush of keeping up with high energy artists to capture such special moments during their sets was absolutely life-changing and completely inspired me. I fell in love with music all over again. I went from being the girl at the barricade singing her favorite songs to the girl in front of the barricade documenting memories for artists and fans alike.
